NIGAG Online Calendar Launched

NIGAG has launched its online events calendar, enabling members and non-members alike to check on forthcoming NIGAG events and related public affairs?and lobbying events.

Members can add events by simply clicking on a date on the calendar and filling in the simple online form. Once this has been done, e-mail a committee member (all of their e-mail addresses are live on the committee member page) and the event can be posted on the site in minutes.

Non-members can submit calendar events in the same way, but there may be a small administation charge (contact the webmaster?for further details) for posting the event.

NIGAG Chairman, Glyn Roberts, said the online calendar was a simple way to update and check on what's happening in the world of public affairs and lobbying.

"We are delighted to have this powerful feature available to NIGAG members," he said. "With the NIGAG online calendar available to all, we have a resource for 21st Century lobbying.

"Our web provider Belfast Connect has provided an online tool that means NIGAG is leading the way in terms of using the web as a communications tool."
