NIGAG recieves Civil Service Briefing

Gary Fair, from the Central Expenditure Division of DFP, has briefed NIGAG on the priorities of government.

The principal message was \'Ministers want and expect greater efficiency in the management and delivery of public services in Northern Ireland\', bringing home the fact that whether it be direct rule or devolved assembly, Northern Ireland will face many difficult challenges in the years ahead, for the longer term improvement in infastructure and public service delivery.

NIGAG thank the Royal College of Midwives for hosting this event.
